Known as "The Bitey Shark", Chris moved to East Tennessee in 2015. Living and working under the mantras of the legendary Tennessee Women's Basketball Coach Pat Summitt and Famed Alabama Crimson Tide Coach Nick Saban, Chris built Smoky Mountain Offender Tracking as an offshoot of Smoky Mountain Process and Legal Services, one of Tennessee's top litigation support firms. A fierce defender of those without voices, when the Debby and Marie Domestic Violence Prevention Act was enacted, Chris saw helping to keep Domestic Violence Survivors safe from their Aggressors a natural choice and cause to champion and Smoky Mountain Offender Tracking was born.

With 30 years in the Bail Bonding & Fugitive Recovery Industry, Dawn comes to the team with a skill set specifically honed to track and locate offenders. An Alabama native, Dawn has made it her mission to bring those who evade and skirt the law into accountability.

After serving our country with honor and distinction in the United States Army, upon discharge Terry joined his family in the bail bonds and fugitive recovery industry. For the last 2 years, Terry has learned the family business and serves the 9th and 14th Judicial Districts.

STACI FUGATE

Staci is a 1993 graduate of the University of Tennessee. Always pursuing knowledge, Staci is currently enrolled in college once more pursuing her degree in Criminal Forensics. Staci serves as Placement Technician in the 10th Judicial District.

DALLAS WILLIAMS

After proudly and faithfully serving our Nation in the United States Army, Dallas returned to Tennessee and followed his parents into the Bail Bonds and Fugitive Recovery Industry. With 5 years experience in the industry, Dallas serves the 9th, and 14th Judicial Districts.
